David and Trish Marsh have the knowledge and connections when it comes to marketing your home and getting you moving in the right direction.
David has amassed a wealth of property experience, enjoying over 50 years within estate agency and the more specialised worlds of residential development land and new homes. This rich and varied knowledge goes hand in hand with Trish’s 30 year sales and marketing background as Regional Sales Manager for some of the biggest UK housebuilders.
Altogether a powerful recipe when it comes to selling your home.
David's Bio
I've been involved in property for over 50 years having started my working life as a trainee negotiator with Gascoigne-Pees, one of the best known estate agencies in South East England.
In 1982 the company was bought by Lloyds Bank as part of their expansion into property sales and financial services - Black Horse Agencies was formed and I became a member of their Board of Management. Lloyds Bank subsequently sold out to Bradford and Bingley and shortly after this, I resigned and in 2000 and formed Landsource plc, a company dealing only in the marketing and sale of residential development sites.
Landsource is an integral part of our new venture allowing us advise on property or land that we feel may have greater value for residential development or other uses.
Trish's Bio
Having had a couple of admin jobs after leaving school, I went back to College to learn shorthand and typing. This landed me a great job within the Construction industry as P.A to the Sales & Marketing Director and eventually Regional Sales & Marketing Manager.
I stayed within the industry for many years and worked for two of of the biggest house builders in the UK, which gave me a great deal of variety and expertise.
Fast forward to marriage and having had our Son in 1999, I joined David within our newly formed Land & New Homes company where my experience helped achieve the goals we enjoy today.
During the COVID lockdown I retrained as a Dog Trainer, which I still do part time. Even in my 60’s I am still working – some might say I can’t sit still which is probably true! Bring it on!
